We are now on Sholom Dovber Schneersohn Street, named after the fifth Rebbe of the Chabad Lubavitch Hasidic movement. His teachings laid the foundation for the Chabad movement’s strong emphasis on outreach and spreading Hasidic values, a theme that has since become central to the movement. Directly across from us stands the Great Synagogue of Kfar Chabad, a spiritual center for the community. In total, there are 14 synagogues in Kfar Chabad, reflecting the deep religious devotion of its residents.
