Coati lives in Central and South America. A long nose, small eyes, and a raccoon-like body, this is the appearance of the coati - the closest relatives of raccoons. They live in families of 10 to 20 individuals. Coatis are omnivorous but prefer meat food. Animals can communicate with each other; they can make a variety of sounds. Males who have reached the age of two are expelled from the family to avoid incest.
The safari and zoo in Ramat Gan near Tel Aviv is the largest zoological center in the Middle East. Scientific research is carried out at the zoo, and there is a veterinary clinic. The territory of the zoo is beautifully designed and conveniently equipped. My biggest tip before visiting the zoo: Don't be lazy to walk.
