The Cabinovia Dantercepies trailhead starting point is in the Val Gardena valley in the Dolomites mountain range of northeastern Italy.

The easiest way to reach the trailhead is to take the Cabinovia Dantercepies cable car from Selva di Val Gardena. The cable car will take you up to an altitude of 2,298 meters, where you will find the starting point for some hiking trails that lead to stunning vistas of the surrounding mountains.

The trailhead at Cabinovia Dantercepies is a popular starting point for several hiking and trekking routes, including the famous Alta Via 2, which is a long-distance trek that covers the entire length of the Dolomites. Several shorter day hikes can be accessed from the Cabinovia Dantercepies trailhead, including trails that lead to the nearby Rifugio Juac mountain hut or the picturesque Puez-Odle Nature Park.
