Here are also desks from the first school and notebooks of its students. German settlers from the German Templer colonies in the Holy land took an active part in the construction of the houses. Gottlieb Schumacher of the German colony in Haifa designed the building of the winery. They used German technology of building arched vaults of bricks for private houses. In the back of the hall, you can learn the history of agriculture and cultivation of different cultures in the research center in the settlement park.
