В этом доме располагалось основное питейное заведение немецкой колонии, а также знаменитый кегельбан Христиана Кублера. Во многих путеводителях по Палестине писали о том, что стоит посетить это место. Благодаря прекрасному пиву и замечательной игре. Сам кегельбан не сохранился, а нынешняя дорожка является реставрацией. Сегодня здесь тоже питейное заведение и местное пиво такое же отменное, как и в былые времена.
