Прекрасное место для чашечки кофе. Деревянная набережная и вообще весь комплекс современного старого порта возник не давно. Еще в 90-е годы эта часть города представляла из себя заброшенные полуразрушенные склады, преступность и беззаконие. Муниципалитет приложил не ало усилий чтобы превратить эту часть Тель Авива в прекрасную зону отдыха.
